History

SalesBoost, LLC was created in 2003 by Rene Massey Ashjian, an employee benefit consultant and broker in the central Virginia area. Increased levels of responsibility for medium to large insurance carriers provided Ms. Ashjian with significant sales training and experience. Ms. Ashjian learned the importance of listening to customers, understanding the competitive environment, utilizing a professional sales approach, and identifying key decision-makers correctly. A winning sales protocol was developed based on these considerations and resulting market success. Recognizing an unmet need in the business-to-business sales arena, Ms. Ashjian launched SalesBoost, LLC to deliver services to growing enterprises which could benefit from expert sales resources. Clients have been delighted to find professional and experienced salespeople dedicated to working within a transparent and proven framework at an affordable price. SalesBoost invests in the community through the service and financial support of a number of nonprofit organizations, including: Meals on Wheels, Richmond Hope Foundation, Greater Richmond Children’s Choir, and Henrico Center for the Arts.
